Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field (AEC) or related discipline.
• 7+ years of related professional experience, or 11 years total experience.
• Proven project management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience leading technical practitioners and PMs.
• Strong budgeting, cash flow and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMs and Sr. PMs within the practice.
• Drive project budgets, margins and cash flow.
• Develop and mentor staff for growth.
• Oversee safety plans and quality control.
• Drive business development and client relationships.
• Coordinate with clients, regulators and utilities.
