Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Transmission Practice Leader to provide strategic and operational leadership for complex transmission projects and multi-project programs, coordinating with clients, utilities, regulators, and stakeholders.

The role directs project teams and PMs, drives financial performance, growth of the practice, and ensures safety, constructibility, and adherence to quality standards across the Energy sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field and minimum of 7 years of related professional experience, or 11 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Progressive professional and increasing project management and organizational management experience.
• Proven experience in project management roles within the technical practice.
• Demonstrated leadership capability to build and lead teams of technical practitioners and/or project managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, and staff within the practice.
• Lead recruiting, retention, and development efforts for the practice.
• Manage budgets, project margins, and cash flow.
• Drive business development and client relationship management.
• Ensure quality management system compliance and safety across projects.
