Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (AEC) with 7+ years of PM experience.
• Progressive project management and organizational experience.
• Proven leadership of technical teams on transmission programs.
• Strong budgeting, cash flow, and contract management skills.
• Ability to develop business and manage client relationships.
• Familiarity with regional and interregional transmission planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to PMs and Sr. PMs and staff within the practice.
• Lead recruiting, retention and staff development.
• Manage budgets, project margins, and cash flow.
• Drive business development and client relationship growth.
• Coordinate with other leaders to share best practices and improve KPIs.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and on-time delivery of projects.
