Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Transmission Practice Leader to guide highly complex transmission projects and multi‑project programs, coordinating with clients, utilities, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive outcomes while driving technical, operational, and financial performance.

The role directs growth and capabilities to address expanding transmission needs driven by load growth, interconnections, aging infrastructure, and resilience goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (AEC) and minimum of 7 years of professional experience.
• Progressive project management and organizational management experience.
• Experience leading large transmission programs with multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Project Managers and staff within the practice.
• Lead recruitment, retention, and professional development efforts.
• Manage budgets, project margins, and cash flow across projects.
