Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (AEC) and minimum of 7 years of related professional experience, or 11 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in project management roles within the technical practice.
• Strong leadership to build and lead teams of practitioners and project managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Project Managers and staff within the practice.
• Drive project margins, budgets, and cash flow across multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of transmission projects.
