Job summary

You will coordinate with the Project Manager and multidisciplinary teams, provide technical leadership, manage scope, schedule, budget and risks, and ensure compliance with codes, utility requirements and client standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 5+ years in transmission engineering preferably.
• Master’s degree preferred in related field.
• Strong knowledge of design standards and project management processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate and direct projects or engineering programs.
• Design and prepare deliverables for multiple projects within defined timelines and budgets.
• Supervise subordinate supervisors or team leaders.
• Conduct research in problem areas of scope and complexity.
• Serve as staff specialist, applying advanced theories and concepts.
• Assist in proposals, negotiations, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal departments for client relationship development.
• Manage work routines and assign job activities.
• Attend project team meetings and provide performance reports.
• Coordinate with practices and sub-consultants for integrated solutions.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance.
