Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Energy Transmission Project Engineer to lead and coordinate electric transmission projects from planning through construction.

You will work with the Project Manager and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in transmission engineering, strong knowledge of design software (PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, PLS-TOWER, AutoCAD/Civil 3D), and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in transmission design and project delivery.
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams and coordinating with clients.
• Licensed P.E. and valid driver's license are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate and direct projects or engineering programs.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with project teams and clients to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance across disciplines.
• Mentor staff and ensure compliance with quality procedures.
