Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Transmission Practice Leader in Dallas, TX to provide strategic and operational leadership for complex transmission projects and programs.

You will guide multiple project teams, coordinate with clients, utilities, regulators, and stakeholders, and drive technical, operational, and financial performance. The role emphasizes growth of the practice, mentoring staff, and delivering high-quality, safe, constructible transmission solutions to meet client objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; 7+ years of related professional experience, or 11 years equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership and project management experience in technical practice.
• Strong written/verbal communication and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Transmission Practice growth and operational leadership across multiple projects.
• Guide PMs and staff to deliver high-quality, cost-efficient transmission solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client objectives.
