GS2 | B Corp™ is seeking a Senior Transmission Planning Engineer in Texas to lead end-to-end studies on interconnection and transmission. You will own studies, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with ISOs and utilities to optimize project locations and sizes.

The role combines interconnection and transmission planning under one remit, offering ownership of critical analyses and a path toward management as the team scales, with a strong bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in transmission planning or interconnection studies.
• Familiarity with ERCOT/MISO processes is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead power flow modeling and interconnection analyses.
• Review interconnection study results and validate assumptions.
• Represent the organization in discussions with ISOs and utilities.
• Mentor junior engineers as the team grows.
