Burns & McDonnell’s 1898 & Co. unit seeks a Transmission Planning Project Manager to oversee all phases of planning—from business development through execution—driving client success across utilities, ISOs/RTOs, and developers.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, budgets, and schedules, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality deliverables while applying industry standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience leading technical aspects of consulting engagements in power systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and client-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all phases of transmission planning projects from BD to execution.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coach and mentor junior staff and promote technical excellence.
• Communicate status, risks, and costs to clients and leadership.
