Qualifications

• Requires BSEE in Power Systems; PE license preferred.
• 6–8+ years of electric utility power systems planning experience.
• Experience with PSSE, PSCAD, EMT, or similar tools required.

Responsibilities

• Model and analyze power systems using standard tools.
• Develop transmission solutions enhancing reliability.
• Prepare technical reports and project scopes/justifications.
• Participate in industry committees and collaboratives with other electric entities.
• Coordinate with budgeting and capital project processes.
• Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
