Ohio Valley Electric Corporation (OVEC) is seeking an experienced Transmission Operations Manager to lead system operations, ensure compliance with NERC/RE reliability standards, and manage regulatory reporting. The role oversees budgeting, staff supervision, training, and collaboration with Reliability Coordinators to maintain reliable electric service.

Qualificações

• ABET-accredited BSEE degree required; Professional Engineer licensure in Ohio or reciprocal state preferred; 10 years engineering experience.

Responsabilidades

• Effectively communicate information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain reliable operation of systems within the System Operations Center.
• Ensure compliance with Reliability Standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and file regulatory and billing data and reports.
• Supervise staff operating the System and preparing data for regulatory/contractual requirements.
• Furnish data and reports to governmental agencies and reliability organizations.
