Qualifications

• ABET accredited BSEE degree is required or desirable; Professional Engineer registration is desirable.
• About 10 years of engineering experience.
• Strong leadership and regulatory compliance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate information effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain reliable system operations in the System Operations Center.
• Ensure compliance with Reliability Standards and governing bodies.
• Analyze operations and adjust to changing conditions.
• Provide training materials and oversee staff performance.
• Prepare and manage budgets and related reports.

Education

ABET accredited B.S. in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)

Professional Engineer registration (Ohio or reciprocal)
