Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting support, and maintaining critical databases. It requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of related experience, with on-site work initially and a move to a hybrid schedule later.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5–7 years of related work experience or equivalent.
• Strong mathematical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of electrical equipment and expertise in operation and maintenance.
• Strong computer literacy and database experience.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with flexibility to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates transmission O&M activities and contractor oversight.
• Schedules outages and coordinates with system operators and Participants.
• Reviews maintenance reports and ensures documentation is stored properly.
• Assists in budget preparation and financial reporting for O&M activities.
• Maintains MMS system and ensures preventive maintenance scheduling.
