HDR is seeking a Transmission Line Project Manager/Team Lead in Phoenix to lead high‑voltage transmission projects and manage a local team. You will handle client relations, scope, schedule, budget, and QA/QC while coordinating with leadership for business development. A licensed PMP and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision over an existing team of 3-4 engineers and designers with a goal to grow the team.
• Performs client management, project management, staff supervision, and technical support.
• Manage and lead transmission projects through the entire project life cycle.
• Apply project management tools: life cycle, scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Coordinate with marketing and technical leadership for business development and client relationships.
• Develop hiring plans and grow a group of transmission professionals as needed.
• Oversee QA/QC to deliver world‑class quality and supervise PMs and engineers.
