Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 7 years related experience.
• At least 2 years project management experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision over a team of 3-4 engineers and designers, with growth goals.
• Manage and lead transmission projects through full life cycle.
• Coordinate with marketing and technical leadership for business development.
• Lead QA/QC to deliver world-class quality.
• Mentor and supervise PMs, Project Engineers and designers.
• Oversee non-engineering components like permitting, ROW, and construction management.
