WSP USA is seeking a Senior Transmission Line Engineer to join its Power Delivery Team. The role offers flexible work arrangements, including remote work or office presence across the Pacific region, with preferred locations like Honolulu, Seattle, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Reno, and San Diego.

You will provide technical leadership for planning, design, and delivery of high‑voltage overhead transmission lines, coordinating across multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of post-education experience in electrical transmission design for capital projects.
• PE license and multi-state eligibility are preferred.
• Strong command of English, written and verbal communication.
• Experience with high-voltage transmission projects up to 765kV.

Responsabilités

• Lead engineering of transmission projects up to 765kV.
• Develop project execution layouts and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams; ensure QA/QC compliance.
• Mentor staff and support project management activities.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
