• Five or more years of engineering experience, preferably in transmission or power systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical evaluations with advanced engineering judgment.
• Experience performing transmission system studies using industry-standard tools.
• Ability to manage components of capital project execution.
• Familiarity with interconnection studies, regulatory requirements, or regional planning processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex engineering evaluations by applying advanced judgment to diagnose issues, develop solutions, and validate results.
• Drive project tasks and deliverables by managing scope, schedule, and quality for assigned project components.
• Develop and refine engineering standards, specifications, and best practices that enhance technical consistency and operational performance.
• Mentor early career engineers by providing technical guidance, feedback, and development support.
• Attend public outreach meetings as a technical representative for transmission line planning and construction.
