• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of advanced engineering experience in power generation or industrial electrical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, evaluation, and engineering analysis capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex engineering evaluations using advanced technical judgment to diagnose system issues and develop solutions.
• Support major updates to plant electrical control systems, including logic revisions and system improvements.
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting for emergent issues beyond operations and maintenance capabilities.
• Manage portions of projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality expectations are met.
• Develop or refine engineering standards, procedures, and specifications.
• Mentor early-career engineers and support the development of technical skills across the team.
• Coordinate cross-discipline collaboration to ensure effective project planning, execution, and reliability outcomes.
