Dispatch Biotherapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Scientist/Senior Scientist to join Translational Sciences and own in-house clinical biomarker assays (ddPCR, flow cytometry, single-cell sequencing) while supporting external CROs.

You will help build exploratory biomarker capabilities for future programs and collaborate with Research, Clinical Development, and vendor partners to advance programs with rigorous data management and documentation.

Qualificações

• PhD in immunology, molecular biology, or cell biology with postdoc/industry experience.
• At least 1 year hands-on experience with translational/clinical assays (ddPCR, flow cytometry, immunoassays).
• Experience coordinating with CROs or external vendors on bioanalytical activities.
• Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with ELN and data analysis tools (Benchling, GraphPad Prism, FlowJo, OMIQ, Loupe Browser, Spotfire, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Execute in-house translational assays on clinical samples with ownership.
• Serve as technical resource across in-house assay portfolio; train colleagues.
• Develop and implement new exploratory biomarker methods.
• Oversee external bioanalytical CROs; review plans and data.
• Assist vendor scoping, contracting, change orders for external work.
• Maintain tracking systems for samples, data, reagents across sites.
• Analyze and reconcile biomarker data; document thoroughly.
• Communicate results to Translational Sciences and cross-functional teams.
• Stay current with the field via seminars and professional development.
