Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb's Cellular Therapy Translational Research group in Seattle, WA, seeks an experienced researcher to drive translational development strategies and clinical biomarker plans for cell therapy studies.

You will work with CROs and collaborators to design, execute, and interpret translational experiments, generating pharmacodynamic data to support regulatory submissions for therapies targeting hematologic malignancies, solid cancers, and autoimmune diseases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences with relevant experience; multiple pathways considered.
• Master’s degree with significant academic/industry exposure.
• Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree in Life Sciences with 4+ years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end translational research strategies for cell therapy clinical trials.
• Partner with biostatisticians and computational biologists to communicate data and its impact.
• Develop hypotheses for mechanism of action and biomarker strategies for clinical studies.
• Oversee biomarker assays including flow cytometry, transcriptomics, and proteomics.
• Manage internal projects and serve as scientific lead on cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate CROs and collaborators and contribute to regulatory discussions as needed.
