Job summary

Seismic Therapeutic is seeking an experienced biomarker and translational sciences leader to build and manage a team supporting data generation for decision-making across discovery through IND and into clinic. You will coordinate with Research, Clinical Development, and external CROs to deliver robust bioanalytical assays and analyses.

The role requires deep immunology expertise, leadership of assay science, and strategic oversight of biomarker programs that inform patient safety and efficacy

Qualifications

PhD in immunology or related field with immunology expertise.
12+ years in biotech/pharma with biomarker translational science leadership.
Hands-on assay development for PK, immunogenicity, and receptor occupancy.
Experience managing CROs and biomarker vendors with budgets.
Proven success advancing programs from discovery to clinic.

Responsibilities

Build and lead the Biomarker and Translational Sciences group, setting priorities and developing leaders.
Define bioanalytical strategy for IND-enabling and clinical studies and ensure GLP/GCP compliance.
Oversee CROs and vendors, ensuring timely, high-quality data delivery.
Interpret and communicate assay results to cross-functional teams and leadership.
