Job summary

Genentech's DMPK group is seeking a PhD-level Senior Scientist to apply translational modeling to drug discovery and development. The role centers on physiologically-based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) modeling, planning and executing simulations, and presenting findings to cross-functional teams.

You will lead DMPK strategy, design and report non-clinical studies, and collaborate across medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, toxicology and regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• PhD required with 2 years of industry or post‑doc experience in drug discovery/development.
• Expertise in PBPK modeling and quantitative pharmacology; hands-on with modeling platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, plan, execute, and report PBPK modeling and simulations.
• Present work at cross‑functional teams, department meetings, and regulatory interactions.
