Regeneron Pharmaceuticals seeks a Principal Scientist of Translational PK/PD Modeling to develop quantitative and mechanistic PK/PD models guiding preclinical-to-early clinical translation and first-in-human dose selection. The role informs target biology and therapeutic modality optimization within an on-site team in our Tarrytown, NY office.

You will lead modeling and simulation efforts, collaborate with Clinical Pharmacology, and contribute to study design while mentoring others and

Qualifications

Ph.D. with 4+ years of PK/PD modeling experience or MS with 6+ years in pharma/biotech.
Experience applying quantitative and mechanism-based PK/PD modeling to therapeutics.
Industry experience in pharmacometrics or related field.

Responsabilités

Develops quantitative and mechanistic PK/PD models for preclinical to early clinical translation.
Contributes to advancing modeling and simulation sciences strategy.
Supports project teams with in vitro/in vivo quantitative pharmacology studies.
Summarizes analyses for multidisciplinary teams and communicates findings.
Keeps up with emerging literature and collaborates with Clinical Pharmacology and R&D teams.
Shares learnings and develops best practices across disease areas.
Mentors others and presents work at meetings and journals.
Travels as needed to collaborate with teams.
