Job summary

Schrödinger is seeking a DMPK Scientist to lead ADME/PBPK modeling and data integration in drug discovery efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and CROs to drive experimental and computational ADME insights.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s with extensive DMPK experience in pharma industry.
• 5+ years (PhD) or 10+ years (Master’s) of DMPK experience in pharma.
• Experience independently representing DMPK on project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive DMPK and PK/PD strategy for drug discovery projects.
• Represent the DMPK group on internal and intercompany project teams; translate modeling ideas into druglike entities.
• Collaborate with CROs and team members to generate data for knowledge integration.
• Analyze in silico ADME predictive solutions and DMPK data for multiparameter optimization.
• Prepare reports for regulatory submissions and support interactions with regulators.
• Collaborate on predictive ADME/DMPK models with development teams.
