Legend Biotech USA Inc. is seeking a bioinformatics expert to support translational strategies across pipeline development programs.

You will lead computational analyses integrating multi‑modality clinical and biomarker datasets to enable mechanism‑of‑action understanding, patient stratification, and pharmacodynamic assessment. You will build reproducible bioinformatics pipelines, collaborate with Translational scientists and Clinical Development teams, and contribute to regulatory biomarker

Qualifications

• PhD or MS with strong quantitative biology background.
• Experience in translational oncology or immunology is preferred.
• Proficiency in R and Python, Linux environments, and cloud workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead translational biomarker analyses across multi‑omics assays.
• Identify PD, predictive, prognostic, and response biomarkers with clinical correlations.
• Build scalable bioinformatics pipelines and support data governance.
• Collaborate with translational scientists, Clinical Development, and CROs.
