Qualifications

• Ph.D. or M.S. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Data Science, Genomics or related field.
• Experience handling genomic data and NGS analysis is required.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for biology teams.
• Proficiency in R and/or Python with bioinformatics tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze diverse genomic datasets (RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, WES/WGS) to identify biomarkers and targets.
• Apply advanced stats, ML, and data mining to extract meaningful patterns.
• Develop scalable, reproducible bioinformatics pipelines.
• Collaborate with IT and scientific teams to integrate data sources.
• Translate computational findings into biological narratives for experiments.
