Job summary

Carson Wealth in Omaha seeks a senior operations expert to guide partner-office transitions from onboarding through completion. You will provide escalation support, coordinate across departments, review paperwork, and ensure accurate, scalable processes.

You will lead projects, optimize workflows, and train team members while collaborating with custodians, advisors, and internal teams to deliver a smooth transition experience. Bachelor’s degree and FINRA licenses preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• FINRA licenses such as Series 7 and/or 66 preferred.
• Minimum four years in financial services operations, advisor transitions, or account operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced operational guidance throughout the partner-office transition process and serve as a senior SME.
• Support Transition Operations Consultants as a first-level escalation resource.
• Collaborate with advisors, staff, custodians, third-party providers, and internal departments for onboarding.
• Develop and improve workflows, document best practices, and ensure accuracy and scalability of transitions.
• Lead assigned projects and workstreams, tracking timelines and deliverables.
