Job summary

Carson Wealth, based in Omaha, NE, seeks a Manager to lead daily operations and a high-performing team. You will drive account opening and maintenance, balance workloads, and resolve complex issues to ensure a consistent advisor and client experience.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in financial services ops, plus 2+ years of supervision. Proficiency in MS Office, Orion, and Salesforce is preferred, with a strong focus on accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of progressive financial services operations experience (account opening and maintenance).
• Minimum of two years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of custodial processes and account documentation in a financial advisory environment.
• Ability to manage team performance, balance priorities, and maintain service quality.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Orion and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and team performance for account opening and maintenance.
• Oversee workload, staff development, and process improvements.
• Serve as escalation point for complex account issues and delays.
• Monitor accuracy, documentation, and adherence to policies and standards.
• Identify risks, implement corrective actions, and escalate concerns.
• Develop training materials and operational documentation.
• Establish and monitor service expectations, reporting, and metrics.
