Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in financial services or banking industry required.

• Ability to compile statistics and reports accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove service to advisors and clients through proactive communication and relationship management.
• Process new accounts, cashiering, transfers, and maintenance requests with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate projects, training, and process improvements to enhance office operations.
• Lead regular skill and competency training sessions.
• Support mentees as a subject matter expert in multiple operational areas.
• Research and resolve operational challenges to drive efficiency.
• Perform additional tasks as needed by leadership to support objectives.
