Job summary

Carson Wealth is seeking a Project Coordinator to plan and coordinate advisor transitions from initiation to completion in Omaha, NE. You will ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards while coordinating advisors, office staff, internal stakeholders, and third parties.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (business, finance, or related) and at least three years in financial services. Strong PM skills, organization, and communication are essential. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in the financial services industry required.
• Knowledge of project management processes, including planning, coordination, risk management, and reporting required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate advisor transitions from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate resources and stakeholders; manage multiple projects; resolve issues; improve processes to support a smooth transition experience.
• Track progress, prepare reports and presentations; communicate deadlines and changes to stakeholders; identify risks and scope changes; develop contingency plans.
• Assist with post-transition reviews and contribute to continuous process improvements.
