Qualifikationen

• Experience administering public transportation grants from application to close out.
• Two years supervising staff or leading project teams.
• Bachelor's degree in public administration or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local transit grant requirements.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish preferred.
• Must maintain a valid Texas driver’s license.

• Plan, organize and implement transit planning and grant management activities.
• Lead planning and grants functions and supervise staff.
• Prepare grant applications, scopes of work, budgets, schedules and certifications.
• Coordinate with procurement on grant-funded purchases and contracts.
• Monitor program performance, audits, and reporting to agencies.
• Support data collection, analysis and reporting for grants.
