Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; five+ years supervisory experience over 30 staff; five+ years operations management/public transportation experience; CDL with Passenger endorsement or obtainable within six months.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the Public Transportation Program.
• Develops, evaluates, and maintains routes and schedules.
• Reviews video surveillance and investigates operational complaints.
• Supervises onboarding, safety and training; enforces policies.
• Prepares monthly and quarterly reports; assists with annual budgeting.
