Job summary

Transdev North America in Baltimore is seeking a Road Supervisor to oversee daily routes, ensure safety compliance, and support drivers across shifts. You will communicate requirements, schedule, mentor drivers, and conduct on-site investigations in collaboration with local management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and Airbrake Certification.
• 2–3 years transit supervisory experience preferred.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Able to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Communicate job requirements to drivers.
• Schedule daily routes and submit evaluation reports.
• Conduct on-site accident investigations and safety reports.
• Develop and host driver safety training.
• Monitor driver safety and performance for compliance.
• Assist Safety Manager with DOT/FTA compliance.
• Drive routes periodically.
• Other duties as assigned.
