Responsibilities

• Lead and implement training programs for transportation personnel.
• Supervise driver trainers and establish job performance standards.
• Recruit and train Bus Drivers.
• Provide classroom instruction and training for applicants.
• Conduct performance evaluations for Driver employees.
• Administer drug/alcohol testing programs.
• Conduct Driver Safety Meetings.
• Investigate incidents and submit reports.
• Address customer safety complaints.
• Manage Safe Driver Award Program.

Skills

Strong working knowledge of G Suite and transportation related software

Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and group presentation skills

Well-developed multi-tasking and time management skills

Ability to respond to unanticipated events

Education

High school diploma or GED

3 years Training experience in Transportation industry

Air brakes certificate
