Job summary

Sound Transit is seeking an experienced construction program leader to manage a Several Hundred Million Dollar Vertical Conveyance program. You will supervise project coordinators, construction managers, and DBPM/CMC consultants from a central office and on-site locations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will oversee planning, design, and pre-construction activities, drive risk management, value engineering, and contract administration while coordinating across departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or closely related field.
• Five years of construction management experience including heavy civil, buildings, and underground structures.
• Three years of leadership, budgetary, planning and workforce management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and review work of staff and projects.
• Coach and develop staff; manage workflow and performance.
• Provide construction management direction ensuring contract requirements are met.
• Coordinate CM staff, consultants, and project managers across phases.
