Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads, coordinates, schedules, assigns, and inspects work activities of staff, consultants, and contractors.
• Manages construction and CM contracts; budgets, cost, and schedule oversight.
• Reviews documents for constructability, biddability, quality, and safety compliance.
