Job summary

Ramos Consulting Services, now a part of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an experienced Construction Manager to oversee transit program construction contracts in field or office settings. The role requires directing field staff, reviewing contractor work, and maintaining project records to ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has a Washington PE license, 10+ years in heavy civil or transit CM, and proven ability to manage multi-element projects valued at $50M+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer in Washington is required.
• Approximately 10+ years of Construction Management experience in heavy civil or transit/transportation projects.
• Experience managing Public Works projects of at least $50M in value.
• English language proficiency required for written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of the program's construction contracts for assigned elements.
• Review contractor operations for safety and quality compliance with plans and specs.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with transit operations, maintenance, signals, track, and systems disciplines to minimize service impact.
