Job summary

Ramos CS, now part of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead the Construction Management Consultant (CMC) team on a light rail extension in the Pacific Northwest. You will be the main client contact and own contract compliance, budget, and schedule for the Track and Systems scope.

Qualified candidates bring 15+ years in rail CM, PE license (WA preferred), and proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams in public transit programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; WA preferred, out-of-state licenses considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between CMC team and Authority's Resident Project Manager.
• Oversee scope, budget, staffing, schedule, and deliverables across Track and Systems program.
• Direct and coordinate construction management staff to ensure integrated delivery.
• Oversee contract administration, pay apps, change orders, and claims positions.
• Lead risk management and issue escalation to protect schedule and budget.
• Represent CMC team in executive reviews and partnering sessions.
• Ensure compliance with Design Criteria Manual and governing specs across all work.
