Job summary

Ramos Consulting Services, now a part of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks a senior Construction Manager for a transit capital program in the Seattle area. You will oversee contract administration, safety, and field inspections across tunnels, stations, and related facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a WA PE license, 10+ years of heavy civil or transit CM experience, and proven ability to manage large public works projects (>$50M) while coordinating with multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer in Washington is required; out-of-state licenses may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safety of workers and the traveling public by monitoring operations and enforcing safety measures.
• Reviews contractor work for compliance with plans, specs, and provisions.
• Maintains project records, progress, budgets, and expenditures in line with regulations.
• Prepares contract change orders and supports investigation of disputes as needed.
• Coordinates with transit operations, signals, track, and systems to minimize impact on service.
