Ramos Consulting Services, now a part of Colliers Engineering & Design, is seeking a Resident Engineer for a transit capital program spanning rail and bus construction. You will administer construction contracts, review contractor progress, and ensure compliance with specifications and manuals.

Responsibilities include field inspections, change-order evaluation, documentation, and coordination with authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer in Washington; out-of-state licenses considered case-by-case.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of workers and public by observing operations and taking corrective action as needed.
• Review contractor operations for OSHA compliance and safety requirements.
• Maintain complete, accurate contract records including progress, expenditures, budgets, and work orders.
