Job summary

A Senior Program Manager — Business Transformation & Systems is sought to lead a major multi-phase operational transformation across a growing, multi-location services enterprise. This remote, independent contractor role focuses on bridging systems implementation, process design, documentation, cross-functional program management, and execution discipline.

During Months 1–6, you will stabilize ERP, retire legacy systems, integrate assets, map processes, and build SOPs and training

Qualifications

5+ years of experience leading cross-functional business transformation and ERP/enterprise systems implementations (ERP, WMS, TMS, or CRM).
Proven track record in process mapping, SOP development, and program governance across multi-site environments.
Ability to bring structure to fast-moving entrepreneurial settings.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP and systems stabilization and migration efforts.
Define retirement plan for legacy systems with cutover and testing requirements.
Build repeatable onboarding processes for assets, locations, and businesses.
Document priority workflows; create SOPs, checklists, maps, and video tutorials.
Develop role-based training modules and scalable onboarding materials.
Create a transformation dashboard and manage weekly program cadence.
