Job summary

McGraw Hill is seeking a Sr Program Manager, Enterprise Systems to lead large-scale programs that transform enterprise platforms and business processes. You will own end-to-end delivery across ERP, CRM, data migration, and cloud integrations, partnering with business and technology leaders.

This role requires 10–12+ years of leadership in major transformations, strong Oracle Fusion Cloud/EBS experience, and executive-level communication. Remote US work is supported.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise technology and business transformation.
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite, integrated with Salesforce/Zuora/OCI.
• Experience with PMO/PPM and cross-functional collaboration tools such as Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi‑phase enterprise technology programs from planning to value realization.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and business outcomes across workstreams.
• Drive initiatives spanning ERP, CRM, revenue management, and cloud platforms (Oracle, Salesforce, OCI).
• Oversee data migration, testing, cutover, release readiness, and post go-live support.
