Job summary

Q2 is seeking a Senior Transformation Partner to join our Transformation Team and collaborate with business leaders to identify, shape, and scale strategic initiatives. You will translate AI strategy into measurable enterprise gains, modernize systems, and accelerate revenue growth.

You will lead structured discovery, apply design thinking and lean methodologies, and translate findings into compelling business cases with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 15 years in management consulting or transformation roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from framing to execution.
• Ability to translate analysis into executive-ready recommendations.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Proficiency with design thinking, LEAN/Six Sigma, and customer experience.
• Proven track record of driving adoption and change execution.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Experience applying AI tools to accelerate transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end discovery in assigned functions using design thinking and lean mapping.
• Develop value propositions and governance-ready proposals.
• Influence senior leaders without formal authority; support rollout and change management.
• Establish measurement approaches to track benefits and KPIs.
• Deliver executive communications and stakeholder management.
• Leverage GenAI and enabling software to accelerate analysis and communication.
• Apply domain expertise across Sales, Marketing, Product, and more.
