Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in transformation management, project management, consulting, or business planning in healthcare.
• Minimum of 3 years people leadership/management preferred.
• PMP preferred; Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Experience with transformation methodologies and performance improvement tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise strategy into actionable transformation roadmaps and operating models.
• Lead large-scale organizational changes and build business cases for change.
• Perform due diligence on new project concepts and translate intelligence into business cases.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to CentraCare leaders.
• Support transformation portfolio governance and benefits realization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align transformation goals.
