Job summary

CentraCare Rice Memorial Hospital is seeking a Principal Transformation Consultant to bridge strategy and execution, delivering transformational initiatives with measurable impact. You will manage a transformation portfolio totaling >$150M NOI and lead cross-functional teams to implement structured problem-solving approaches and system-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Transformation Management, Project Management, Consulting, or Business Planning in a large health care setting.
• Minimum of 3 years of People leadership/management preferred.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Experience with transformation methodologies and performance improvement tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead teams to tangible deliverables.
• Strong executive-level conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen, quantitative and analytic skills.
• Ability to navigate organizational politics.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise or business unit strategy into actionable transformation roadmaps and define operating models and change impacts.
• Facilitate large-scale organizational changes and identify opportunities with business case development.
• Lead exploration and due diligence on new initiatives and translate insights into business cases.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to CentraCare leaders for decisions.
• Support transformation portfolio governance, cadence, and benefits realization.
• Support implementation focusing on service line restructuring and growth strategies.
• Apply broad change management strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align transformation goals across the organization.
• Conduct impact analyses to assess stakeholder readiness for changes.
• Develop reusable frameworks and approaches to accelerate insights and results.
• Champion continuous improvement of healthcare practices.
