Job summary

CentraCare in Saint Cloud, MN seeks a Principal Transformation Consultant to bridge strategy and execution, managing a transformation portfolio totaling over $150M in NOI and guiding large-scale organizational changes.

You will partner with Transformation Management, Enterprise Project Management, Strategy Development and Leadership Development teams to identify value and translate findings into actionable roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (project management, business administration, management, health care, or related field); Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience; Transformation Management, Project Management, Consulting, or Business Planning experience, preferably in a large, complex health care organization required.
• Minimum of 3 years People leadership/management preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Experience with transformation methodologies and using performance improvement tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Translates enterprise or business unit strategy into actionable transformation roadmaps and defines target operating models, capability requirements, and change impacts for identified initiatives/projects.
• Facilitates large-scale organizational changes such as identifying opportunities, building the business case for change, assisting in defining the action steps/workplans, and identify and create risk mitigation plans.
• Leads exploration and due diligence relating to new project concepts and initiatives, translating operational and industry intelligence into the business case development.
• Provides recommendations or options to CentraCare leaders based on analysis and findings that support definitive, data-driven decision making.
• Supports transformation portfolio governance, cadence, and benefits realization.
