You will conduct assessments, map customer journeys, analyze current and future state processes, and develop gap analyses with actionable recommendations. This role requires 5+ years of cross-functional transformation experience, change management, and the ability to lead large workshops and executive-level deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience, 5+ years in two of: process improvement/transformation, business/financial analysis, external consulting/auditing/risk analysis, customer journey/experience, organizational change management, IT solution/architecture, project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, large-scale initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor associates.
