Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth practice in the United States. You will lead large-scale insurance transformation programs across life, annuity, and group benefits, guiding executive relationships, governance, and delivery across multiple workstreams and vendors.

You will shape transformation agendas, drive growth, and oversee architecture, data, change management, and AI-enabled delivery across engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
12–15+ years of consulting, insurance, or business transformation experience.
8+ years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
Leadership of large, multi-workstream transformation programs.
Proven executive relationships and business development track record.
Experience with policy administration platforms (FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, etc.).
Strong Life/Annuity value chain knowledge; policy administration to claims.
Ability to manage multi-vendor, offshore/onshore delivery models.

Responsibilities

Lead executive delivery for strategic transformation programs and ensure value delivery.
Build trusted executive relationships with CIOs, COOs, and business leaders.
Steer governance forums, drive modernization, and platform transformation.
Oversee multiple engagements, drive revenue growth, and manage risks.
Shape strategy, operating models, roadmaps, and program governance.
Lead cross-functional teams across insurance life, annuity, and group benefits.
