EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large-scale enterprise transformations in the Life Insurance, Annuity, and Group Benefits space. You will drive multi-workstream programs, shape client agendas, build executive relationships, and guide delivery across vendors and teams.

You will oversee strategy, governance, architecture, data, and change management while advancing AI-enabled delivery and modernization. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading large transformation programs in insurance.
• Proven executive relationship management and business development
• Strong delivery leadership across multi-workstream engagements
